"We loved the private beach and spent most of our time on the recliners in the shade of the palm trees and beach umbrellas. The surf is pretty strong here which make swimming difficult and actually dangerous. But there is also a nice, large pool. The people were very nice and always willing to help. This actually applies to everyone we met in Puerto Rico. The Mahi Mahi Bar provides provides breakfast, lunch, dinner and is nicely located on the beach but there are other and better options outside...

"I loved this place. Security was good. Breakfast was great. Pool was clean. Rooms were clean. Service was fine. One thing I can say was the outside sitting area wasn’t clean and that was where I like to spend most of my time when I was at the hotel because it’s in a very good area to get to everything. And this might be my fault if it’s not in the description but you do have to pay $15 a night for parking which I didn’t know."

"Hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and the location is optimal. Only bad thing is that their pool is closed and they don't tell you while you're booking your stay. I was sent an email a couple of days before my arrival making it difficult for me to book elsewhere. Only when you get to the hotel you'll see a sign that said that the pool is under maintenance since 2023."

"It is an old hotel and does show its age. But you expect it. There was water on the bathroom floor when we walked in we had to wipe up. There were no hangars in the closet. the coffee available in the morning was absolutely horrible and we could not drink it. had to go to Burger King tor decent college. the front dest staff were great11"
