"I was upgraded to the Holiday Inn next door as the International Hotel was closed for the Christmas period. Lovely hotel. Staff excellent. Very clean and comfortable. Overall, very pleasant stay. Only issue was the heating but this was dealt with immediately on request. I would definitely book this hotel again."

Would have preferred a bath instead of the shower but this in no way reflects badly on our stay with you. We travel a lot nowadays following my retirement but this was our first visit to Holiday Inn. Nice hotel and 12 mile circular route (walk or bike) was great. Only negative is the noise in the corridors and neighbouring rooms. Could fully hear the bbc news from next door and any noise from people in the corridors. "
