"Fabulous stay at hotel, arrived in on an early flight to Birmingham and 10am at hotel, they had a room ready straight away this was great after such early start. Room was very modern and super clean, very comfortable very relaxed atmosphere. "

"Not as good as it used to be. Lots of cut backs. Cheap toilet rolls. Only 2 tea bags. No biscuits. 2 coffee 2 sugars. And 2 stir stick. No teaspoons anymore. Qaulity of breakfast not as it used to be. Cheaper products everywhere. No granola. Muesli, cheap cornflakes or cheap cocopops. Yogurt watery. Fruit hard. Bread was nice. Nice butter. Hp sauce a bonus. Coffee machine did a tasty latte and cappuccinos. Staff always friendly. "

"Fabulous location minutes from the city centre shops and local restaurants. On entry, reception desk location is easy to miss as its in a corner snd not easy to see from the entrance. We had to ask reception to increase the heating as we were unable to adjust within the room. Need to do a bit more work with housekeeping, dropped a ring on the floor and had to move th bed, which highlighted that the space underneath hadnt been cleaned in a while. The room is spacious and beds comfortable. ...
