Tucked away just off the busy Wyle Cop and therefore instantly accessible to the wonderful offerings of Shrewsbury, Darwin's Townhouse is comfortable, clean and quiet. And when I say comfortable, the bed is great, had a brilliant night's sleep. We didn't stay for breakfast so I can't comment on that, but have heard good things so we'll save that for next time!

We had a lovely stay, our room was huge and so was the bed. The car park was just around the corner so just a short walk with the luggage. The breakfast was lovely as were all the staff. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely and creative decor, friendly staff, self serve bar and nibbles, great for my mum who can’t walk upstairs very well as we stayed in a ground floor room, lovely breakfast and had pretty much every type of food you could think of. Can’t fault this place and would definitely stay again.

Stayed in a room behind the main hotel building and across the lovely walled garden. Twin room very comfortable and in keeping with the Darwin theme. Well provided with choice of teas etc. Room toastie and warm. Very convenient for a concert at Shrewsbury Abbey, just a short walk away.

Booked for a group of friends to celebrate a 60th birthday and Darwin's didn't disappoint. Decor and furnishings were stunning, bed extremely comfortable and shower hot. Definitely will stay again.
