"I was upgraded to the Holiday Inn next door as the International Hotel was closed for the Christmas period. Lovely hotel. Staff excellent. Very clean and comfortable. Overall, very pleasant stay. Nice hotel and 12 mile circular route (walk or bike) was great. Only negative is the noise in the corridors and neighbouring rooms. Could fully hear the bbc news from next door and any noise from people in the corridors. "
