"When we arrived the receptionist was lovely. Booking in was easy and quick. We were given a room on the second floor. On entering the building looked cleaned with no clutter on entry. "Loved how close it was the in city centre, the town was just around the corner with many food places to try. Although the room was small, it was just right for two people. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds we’ve slept on and regret not trying the breakfast bar as it looked amazing when we were walking past. The communal space downstairs looked very modern and relaxing to sit and enjoy a drink. Would definitely stay here again! "

"The location was ok, close to the Metro Centre & other shopping options. The room was a bit tired looking and SO hot, the options are having the heater on or off, theres no thermostat to adjust the room temperature. The bed was a double which was rather cosy! Probably my fault for not checking that on booking. Breakfast is included, it was ok. The hash browns were a bit soggy & the bacon was underwhelming. Staff at breakfast seemed more intent on loudly discussing their lives in the kitchen...
