"This is a small and quiet resort located in a residential area. The staff is helpful and always greets you with a smile. Pedro and the pool bar staff went above and beyond to make sure that our drinks were always full and that we were happy and comfortable. We enjoyed our 5 days there and are already talking about going back. "

"Situated close to a number of shops and a large grocery store makes this a very convenient location. The resort itself is attractive and well maintained. Nicely appointed and clean rooms, including a handy kitchenette makes for a comfortable stay. The views from the beach facing rooms are spectacular. Last but not least, a special shout out for the wonderful staff! They were professional, courteous and attentive to guests needs. I can happily recommend this resort for a relaxing vacay."

"Great beach, sand and water (world class)! Great staff… Nice pools and the food was as good as anyone would need. There were certainly better restaurants on the island but they had enough in the menu to get you through the week. - Would have been nice if they mentioned a hotel was being built next door and I would have to listen to construction my entire vacation. It wasn’t terrible but they should have mentioned it at booking. "

"The facility is clean. Beach and pool areas are beautiful and are well attended. We ate at the two on-site restaurants (BLT Steakhouse and Casa Nonna). The receptionists at both places were overwhelmed, slow in seating us and not warm even though the restaurants were not full. At Casa Nonna, our entrees arrived 1.5 hours after we sat down. We have been to several Ritz Carlton properties and always raved about the services. We felt this one was the least pleasant experience. "

"My flight was delayed, so i found this hotel o stay for the night. I didnt have time explore the area. I brleive there was no dining place inside. I was told there are few outside of the hotel 10 & 20 minute walk. Didnt try. "

"The beach and ocean were beautiful. The staff was very accommodating. They had lots of activities for the adults and children. Would definitely go back."

"Property and Mr. Grouper business are great. The area round it is a bit rough. Also, there are minimal other businesses available in the area. Most things are about 30 minutes walk away. The staff try hard, however, and, the rooms at lovely and very clean. thanks to Jane for all her work today on our behalf."
