"We stayed in Building # 4- it is brand new and beautiful rooms. There is a roof top bar and hot tubs in our building which was very nice. The staff was very nice and very helpful. The beach was beautiful and plenty of chairs poolside and on the beach. The only con was the food was average. A little improvement in the dining here would make it top notch!! "

"The beach is fabulous at this property. The rooms were spacious and clean. The food was good at the cabana though pricey but there is no getting around that on TCI. Some great restaurants in walkable distances. Loved our stay, not crowded with people so the use of the pools was enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again! "

"Great location - we were close to grocery store- places to eat and shopping Loved the beach access and the area designated for the hotel Not super friendly but answered all questions we had Breakfast was not at the hotel - given a choose of 3 and then had to pay as it was always higher than the $10 given Pool was nice and kept very clean (small) but we spent our time on the beach "

"our stay was awesome, the staff was so friendly. You need to change the pillows on the bed, they were very uncomfortable, too flat. You need to take out the Nespresso machine and put a regular coffee maker in each room. As much as we paid to stay there we should of been able to get all the water we wanted to drink for free, put a water fountain on the resort."

"Beautiful property with an awesome pool and beach. The women staff at breakfast and around the pool/bar area were so friendly and amazing. The men that worked the beach hut were the complete opposite - miserable and very unfriendly. A lot of mosquitos in the rooms, would constantly hear buzzing in my ear when sleeping and wake up with tons of bug bites. Definitely the same tier as the ritz, seven stars or grace bay club. "

"Although this property is not on the beach, we were very pleased with the location and property. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We rented a car to get around the island, but the resort does offer a shuttle to the beach that runs frequently. Our accommodations were perfect for our family of 3. The restaurant on site was delicious. "

"We stayed at the Ritz-Carlton in TCI for a week and had a fantastic time. The staff is very friendly, made us feel at home and were always available to answer our questions. The room was spacious and modern. The beach is beautiful and the water is crystal clear. The on site restaurant options were great. Casa Nonna has great food and the Noori lounge in addition to having excellent food also had live music on most nights. We will definitely be back. "

"Had a great time staying at blue haven for our honeymoon! 10/10 recommend staying here because you get all inclusive access to both the Alexandra and blue haven! All of the food is amazing! I do wish there was more entertainment at night- was more of a quiet resort! Staff was amazing and drinks were fantastic! Would definitely come back!"

"The Rock House is a stunning and exclusive vacation property. That has stunning views of the Atlantic with crystal clear water with a limited beach front. Interior furnishings are not up to a 5 star level and the Bed Mattress was atrocious. Do not know the make but it felt as if it was a covered box spring with a plastic mattress cover. "Had a wonderful visit. Loved having water access, kayaks, SUP boards, chairs, umbrella, floats and snorkeling gear. *kayaks don’t have seats and there’s only 3 single kayaks so we were bummed we couldn’t all go together like described. Drive to Grace Bay, Bight Reef, Leeward area, was between 20 and 30 minutes depending on time of day and traffic. No canoe but 3 kayaks, two with worn out seat backs, the third has no seat/back rest. "Great option for couples or families staying at Grace Bay! The resort is the perfect size so it never feels super crowded. Pools are clean and the perfect size. The beach is right off the one pool and there is a local restaurant on the premise with the perfect beach views. Our room was clean and recently updated. The staff is super friendly and accommodating! We especially loved the free bikes in the morning to ride to town for coffee and we took advantage of the shuttle to West every night for restaurants in town. Definitely would stay again!"
