"Our stay at the Seaside Villa was perfect. The listing is just as showed and was exactly what we were looking for. Communication with Daphny was easy and the house had all the amenities that we needed and more. The water does have some jellyfish as others have said, but it's perfect for a kayak or paddle board. You can snorkel as well just need to be a little careful. The rooms are large, the kitchen well equipped and everything was very clean. We rented a car in order to get to other parts of the island, so unsure how it would be relying on taxis. Would definitely recommend."

"WOW is this villa spectacular! Sunsets galore, loved being able to walk to the beach easily by either land or sea. Surprising amount of sealife right at our dock. Great communication with the owner and Julian. We'll be back!"

"As a family of 13 staying at Sapphire Sunsets, the house, the location, and the amenities provided everything we needed to enjoy our week long stay in Turks and Caicos. The check-in process was great because we met Julian, the property manager, who gave us a quick overview of the house. Julian was very responsive to all of our questions throughout the stay.The house is as described in the listing. It's lovely and comfortable. The kids utilized the pool from sunrise to sunset almost daily. There is ample outdoor seating, and the rooftop deck is perfect for morning coffee and beautiful pictures! Access to the bay is steps away. We loved being so close to the beach and having our own beach chairs and umbrellas!It was also nice to have a mid-week house cleaning. This house is wonderful to stay at while in Turks and Caicos. "

"This place worked out just perfect with a 1.5 year old granddaughter and 4 year old grandson. The water was warm, shallow with no waves to frighten them. The sand was powder white and water turquoise with light to dark color shades the deeper you went from shore. The house had everything we needed, from kitchen supplies, to sand toys and water floats. to the AC units in each room worked great and we tried to only use in the even hours. We never felt unsafe, having a 24 hour guard on duty on the street helped ease that concern. Dana was a breeze to work with and was very timely in responses and help. We shopped at the IGA and ate home a few nights and the rest of the week went to restaurants the other days. The pool was a perfect size for the 8 of us and always above 86 degrees. Plenty of hot water in the 4 bathroom. The sunset were amazing especially with the two palm trees in the sunset view from the pool or patio. The beach had plenty for the lawn chairs and other local guests did not crowd our beach front. We went to grace Bay beach a couple times and enjoyed the deeper water and long beach to walk up and down. We also rented E Foils and had a blast Wake Surfing with Wake to Wake. They were so friendly and helpful. plus the water near Parrot Cay was post card worthy. I would absolutely stay here again, especially with little kids. You can tell this property is not managed by a 3rd party, Dana is very hands on and is there to greet you and see you on your way."

"There were 8 of us celebrating a 40th birthday and this place was perfection! Being able to walk right down to the beach, having our own chairs and umbrellas, and the pool was amazing. There were many places for people to be in the shade, relax and read, or just be alone. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay easy and comfortable; also they were very communicative. On the beach, you have a food and couple drink vendors (mocktail smoothies too) who are very friendly. We did a couple water sport activities too, that were right there. We are already planning our next stay!!! "

"If you are looking for a place that has everything, this is the place for you. There is access to the ocean, a beautiful pool, and all amenities included. You are also close proximity to the tourist places. We loved being able to be a part of the fun tourist attractions and then escaping back to this amazing home. The owner and manager were so helpful and you could tell they just wanted our family to enjoy ourselves. You will not regret getting this house. Huge thank you for allowing us a place to spend quality time with my family. "

"We spent a good time at Collin’s house. Everything was perfect and beautiful. The view was spectacular. Every morning was like a dream. Collin is very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this rental to everybody. We rented a car and did not even use it a lot since everything was in the house and the location is perfect. "Breathtaking walking into the property. Amazing views. High end. Nice hot tub and pool. Kayak across the sound to be greeted by local iguanas. Across the road is wonderful beach. Go left past the pier if snorkeling and saw octopus, turtle, lobster and swam around old sunken ship. Great service. Wish we could have stayed longer. "
