"We had an amazing stay of three nights and days in a standard room. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious, equipped with a small fridge, microwave, and kettle—everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The gym is well-equipped and quite decent, offering more than just the usual treadmill and stepper. It also features two Peloton bikes and even a small kitchen area with a Nutribullet and mixer for your post-workout protein shakes. Breakfast is continental with limited options, but surprisingly satisfying. We added two sunny-side-up eggs since eggs aren’t included in the continental selection. You have the option to enjoy breakfast either at the main restaurant overlooking the beach or by the poolside. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—always ready to go the extra mile as long as you greet them with a smile. The beach is absolutely stunning—a long stretch of white sand perfect for leisurely walks that take you past different resorts without interruption. There’s also a reef area ideal for snorkeling, where you’ll see plenty of colorful fish. They offer complimentary use of catamarans, kayaks, and stand-up paddleboards. The water is crystal clear and wonderfully refreshing. Our flight departed at 5 PM, while checkout was at 11 AM. The hotel kindly allowed us to use the facilities, stored our luggage, and even offered a hospitality suite so we could shower and change before heading to the airport. This thoughtful gesture was much appreciated"

"Place is awesome very central. Never drove more than 15 min anywhere. Very clean and 2 pools one smaller one with a fountain. Plenty of parking as well never had an issue. Hosts very responsive and accommodating."

"March 2025, The Rock House was so amazing! We didn’t want to leave! Our Oceanfront two bedroom was so wonderful! The staff and amenities were so awesome! We had our own small infinity pool on our patio! It was so relaxing and private! Loved the experience of Turks and Caicos and will definitely be back! Amazing hotel!"

"The property was prettier than the photos. Cute little studio. Perfect for a couple. Very quite. The pool was almost and grounds were very pretty. Lush gardens and flowering plants. We walked to the beach and good restaurants were nearby. Mango reef and Baci were both excellent restaurants s. We also rented a car and drove to Chalk Sound."

"My husband and I booked last minute for a quick getaway! The condo was clean and close to everything. We did rent a car to get around but you can walk to multiple restaurants and Smiths Reef from the condo. Great little spot to stay and explore what the island has to offer. Would definitely stay again! "
