"8 of us stayed at this beautiful property to celebrate my sister's early retirement. Communication with our host was top notch. Daphny assisted us with hiring an in home chef for one night as well as making the stay extra special on arrival with flowers and balloons for our celebration. We took advantage of using their other services such as pre-ordering groceries and beverages. As far as the property itself, the 8 of us fit perfectly with room to spare. We were able to having plenty of space inside and outside for congregating and privacy as needed. We greatly enjoyed the extra amenities of the kayaks and SUPs. The living room and dining room were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We did have one issue on the first day with the refrigerator. It was promptly handled within a couple hours. With the beautiful beaches and assortment of restaurants nearby, we were able to stay in our area some days and avoid the traffic and hustle and bustle of the busier touristy areas. I would highly recommend this home and location for a low key vacation with multiple friends or family members. Please note that having a car or other transportation at this location is a must. "Our family of 6 just got back from our stay at Villa Sublime and we loved the property. Rhondda met us at the property upon arrival to show us the ins and outs of the villa. Very quiet area, beautiful view, the pool and grotto were amazing! Would definitely recommend this property! "

"We recently stayed two weeks at the cottage and absolutely loved it. The location here is remote and private. The cottage is well maintained and comfortable. The air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the inside cool. Kitchen is small but has everything you need for preparing meals, plus there is an outdoor grill. The balcony is a great spot for watching sunsets or staring up at the stars. The downstairs washer and dryer along with outdoor clothes lines, makes laundry a breeze. The pool area and loungers became our favorite spot to spend the afternoon. We found there were many extra items, such as cooler, sun umbrella, pool floaties, and life jackets available for use. To really explore this area, taking out the kayak is must. There’s lots to discover within a short paddle of the cottage. Due to the remote location of the cottage, you will need a drive to reach grocery stores and restaurants. The popular Grace Bay area is about a 20 min drive, but there are other options that are closer to the cottage. For example, the Turtle Cove Marina was very pleasant. Providenciales is a great vacation spot and the Romantic Cottage at Silly Creek is a hidden gem. "

"What a fabulous trip we had. Check in with Julian our property manager was smooth and very helpful. The property was clean and very nice. Pictures don’t do it justice! The views from Breezy Palms are unbelievable ! Top 10 weather days, good communication with Julian. Minutes from Taylor Bay (beautiful) and Sopidilla Beach (so fun) we loved everything about our trip!"

"We stayed here with our two young daughters and could not have been happier with our choice. The property was spacious and private, near several public beaches we enjoyed visiting. When our kids got tired, or our youngest needed a nap, we could quickly head back to the house, where our older daughter could play in the pool or down on the beach while the younger napped. The host is super responsive and very friendly. The worst part of our stay was leaving; I basically had to drag my family out of the house. Days later, everyone still talked about the trip and how they loved the house. It was a fantastic island getaway!"

"Chalk Sound is a gorgeous and quiet location. This property is at the very end of the road, nestled deep in Chalk Sound and its gorgeous teal waters. We enjoyed coming home from the hustle and bustle of most of the rest of Provo, to our quiet home. There are a couple nearby overlooks to check out and view the beauty of the national park."

"Just came back from Turks (January). Beautiful house and location. Easy check in. Big house with everything you need. Some days were windy some not, pool is not heated, so on a windy day pool was too cold, ocean was a little bit warmer. We found an yoga mat and 8lb weights, so that was a perfect start of the day for my wife. Also we found fishing poles and lures in a garage and were able to catch several longtooth groupers off the dock!!! That was exciting !!! At night, you could see huge crabs down the dock. Kayaking was only possible with a calm water… but we still swam every day to the small islands and explored. Only recommendation we have is the dock needs a fresh paint, the house locks are rusty. Looking forward to come back!!!"

"Traveling with two families, we had a great stay at Tropical Retreat! Everything from booking to checkin and checkout was a smooth process!The house is located on the less traveled side of the island, which I prefer! Since we had a rental car, I felt like we got the best of both worlds! We could travel to Grace Bay or Smith’s reef in about 15 minutes, but had the beauty of the sound the best beaches just minutes away. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we would need. Although parts of the house are in need of small repairs, that wasn’t an issue at all for us. The kitchen and dining area are huge, and there are two lounging spaces on the first floor. We didn’t really watch any of the tvs, but they were large and smart TVs. Be aware, the only stairs in the space are a set of narrow spiral stairs up to all three bedrooms. I found this to be a fun quirk of the house, but it may not be for everyone. One of the bedrooms was very spacious, and we were able to set up an air mattress with plenty of remaining space. This bedroom also included a very large walk in closet and bathroom. Water was warm (not hot), but that is what I expected traveling to the island. The other two bedrooms were decent sized, and all had King sized beds (I believe!).The pool seemed fine, although, we didn’t spend anytime there. I really enjoyed the deck that overlooked the water and the path that led down to the water. Two mornings, we saw a flock of flamingos fly overhead!"
