"Our family of 13 vacationed here in March of '25, and it was a wonderful time! It was our 9th time visiting Providenciales, we've rented Villas each time & the view from this Villa was by far our favorite! The islands in Chalk sound are such a unique juxtaposition to the turquoise waters, we also loved getting into the water about waist deep via the small dock/ladder. The hosts are very quick with communication and quick to fix our small issue we had upon arrival, they are very good hosts! The house itself is very beautiful, much larger than the photos appear, plenty of room for our family to dine together & hangout in the kitchen while we prepared meals - the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need as well, which isn't always a given, they even have reverse osmosis water! The views from the house are so serene, the pool was a very comfortable temperature, the hot tub was nice in the cooler evenings & the shaded benches were so comfortable to hang out in when we needed a break from the sun! This villa is very tech-centered, but not overcomplicated for the renter which was really a nice bonus. The Sonos system for music anywhere in the villa was a really nice touch! I reached out prior to our trip to inquire about youth lifejackets as we were traveling with 4 children under 7, and they offered to order youth life jackets for the Villa since they didn't have many & they worked perfectly for us! We hope to visit Alta Bella Villa again!"

"This villa was wonderful! The neighborhood is very private and is guarded by security at night. There is a restaurant at the end of the neighborhood that is wonderful (Las Brisas). The property itself was so beautiful and tranquil. Taylor Bay Beach is right up the road and is stunning. Just book it!"

"The house was amazing. We loved the location over in the chalk sound. Close to a few less populated but beautiful beaches. 15-20 minute ride into the area of the island with resorts and shopping. The pool, fire pit, and water access into the sound was perfect. Views were unbelievable. Cady was super helpful at checkin and for everything we need during the week. Would definitely come back. "

"The villa was beautiful, just as depicted in the photos - even more spacious than expected. It is in a very peaceful location, but note it is not close to restaurants or Grace Bay. We split the trip between here and Grace Bay, so the balance was perfect. We ran out of dishwasher detergent and there was no washer/dryer detergent. We messaged the host, and they delivered supplies within one hour. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. "

"My wife and 2 kids (13 & 10) stayed here for a week. The house is new and pristine as is the view of Chalk Sound. We enjoyed the view, the pool, and the many amenities the house has to offer: kayaks, beach chairs, well-stocked kitchen, coolers, and others. It is a very short walk to the Las Brisas restaurant, which we visited twice. You can also walk to Sapodilla Beach, but we drove the 2 minutes to carry the chairs and cooler. We had a very lovely stay."

"Silly Creek Cottage was an outstanding property. The pictures do not do it justice. The instructions left by the hosts were spot on and everything was exactly as described. Great for a long weekend away and for peace and quiet with an amazing view! First time to Turks and Caicos and would definitely come back."

"The view of the Sound at Breezy Palms is better than it looks in photos. At certain times of day, the color of the water is a gorgeous turquoise that seems unreal. The house is completely equipped with everything you’ll need. We found it spacious and a relaxing environment for our family. Having a pool on site, a pool table, and access to kayaks gave us plenty to do. We loved our week in Turks and hope to return.Julian was super informative and made sure we had everything we needed."
