"The food was excellent and many dining experiences were available with the option of going to their sister resort also. They provided a shuttle to the sister resort also. The beach area in front of the resort is very large and easy to go for long walks on the beach. An easy mile walk to the shopping district and walk to the local Thursday night Fish Fry. "

"Highly recommended. Recently stayed here for four nights on our first visit to Turks and Caicos. Paid extra for ocean view room, which was well worth it. "My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Zenza. Mario was really great. He drove us to the beach on the golf cart, he made sure our driver was there when we needed it, he made great recommendations: like the snorkeling trip on the catamaran. Zenza is so close to the marina, and loving to deep sea fish- we were able to walk down and go out on a charter. We caught a sailfish and wahoo on the M&J charter. It was a great stay. "My family of 4 stayed at Coral Gardens for in early June 2024. We loved the location and the amount of space. We loved all of the room and the amazing ocean view we had at Coral Gardens! Coral Gardens was very clean, the A/C worked well, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There were plenty of chairs with umbrellas on the beach and fresh towels were provided at the desk by the beach. Snorkeling by the resort is amazing! Fantastic spot!

"Absolutely loved staying here! The unit was pristine, and has everything you need. I opted to save some money on food (which can be expensive there) by buying groceries which working out perfectly. I really appreciated that the unit came with everything you need for a beach trip (beach towels and chairs), which was extremely convenient. I waffled a bit before booking this place because I couldn’t decide if I wanted to stay closer to town or some of the most popular beaches - being on the Sound ended up being a great choice because it was quiet, not a lot of tourists, and there were two beautiful beaches within a 5 min drive (Sapodilla Bay and Taylor Bay beaches). I also agree with other reviewers saying it’s one of the few times where reality was better than the photos - it was stunning. I’ve been all over the world and this was one of the most beautiful places I’ve seen. I definitely look forward to coming back here on my next trip to TCI. "

Romantic Oceanfront Cottage - Stunning Ocean and Sunset Views!

A family trip that felt like a vacation

"A parents of two small kiddos, trips are a lot of work, and rarely feel relaxing, but our stay at the cottage was! The cottage was easy to find and the pullout couch was perfect for our family. Our kids named the local cat who came to visit, Perry. We were thankful for the pull to come back to and relax with views of the sound. "

ChalkSound Cottage by Sapodilla & Taylor Bay Beach

Awesome stay

"We spent a few nights here during our trip to TCI. The location is away from the touristy areas, but still only a 15-20min drive to the bars and restaurants near Grace Bay. Chalk Sound is beautiful and the dock offers a peaceful spot to take in the view and access the water. Plenty of other beach options nearby, along with some great restaurants. Hope to visit again soon."

"Exceptional stay! House was perfect with the pool and access to the water w Kayaks. Beautiful views and location was in a quiet area away from the busier section near Grace Bay. Enjoyed some of the best restaurants on the island and were within easy driving distance from house. Beaches right down the street were fine with less crowds. Overall, entire family (6 adults) enjoyed the property and amenities. Would consider a stay at this property again."

Great family vacation

"We stayed with two families and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was just as described with perfect location near Taylor bay and well stocked. Kayaks, paddle board, beach chairs, toys, beach towels and gas grill were great additions. Communication was excellent -she even offered the villa for an extra night If needed, as we were departing the day of the global IT outage."

Our home base for the best vacation ever

"This property is gorgeous, well located, well maintained, and lives up to it's billing. My family spent two weeks here and leaving was so difficult and sad because we loved it here so much. We're very much not resort people and this offers amazing privacy, comfort, beauty and easy access to the best beach on the island Taylor Bay. Having our own little beach for beautiful moonlit nights was such a plus. When you're not eating out the kitchen is outfitted with brand new appliances and was great. I can't imagine a better place to stay on Provo!"

Beatiful villa and breathtaking views

"We were a party of 10 (3 different families) ages ranging from 12 to mid-50s. All of us were in awe the day we arrived and walked inside. The view of Chalk Sound Bay is not something you ever get used to... it's absolutely beautiful! The house was very spacious and just as described in the listing. Julian and his team were very quick to respond anytime we had a question. You will not be disappointed in this villa or location. We were just a few minutes from Sapodilla Bay beach (easily our favorite) and approximately 20-25 minute drive to Grace Bay, for shopping and food, or Leeward Bay, for the clear kayaks. We cannot wait to return!"

Nice quiet place off the beaten oath

"We stayed for a week, 2 couples. House was nice. Porches are screened in, which helps with mosquitos. BedRooms are good nice size and plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen was better than most places we have stayed as far as dishes and pots& pans for cooking. 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators makes it nice for small groups to enjoy meals in if they prefer. Pool was nice and good temperature. Not cold but not too warm. Plenty of pool towels for us were supplied. Cove is really nice to explore and snorkel or just swim around. We took advantage of that several days. Only about 3 feet deep once you get out to buoy so would be good for children too if you wanted to teach them to snorkel at your own pace. Would recommend this place for those looking to relax and enjoy nature side of this island. Side note bring bug spray Or get at grocery store. They have had a bunch of rain which is making mosquitoes worse than usual. We didn’t have problem once put spray on though."
