"Great location to walk around Old San Juan. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially John, with sightseeing and travel tips. Hotel decor is amazing. Only downsides for us were the placement of the TV toward the bed instead of the sofa and not having a window. We would definitely stay there again but look for a room plan that provides those since both are important to us."

There is NOT an open rooftop bar and there is no pool, instead it’s a whirlpool which was not clean. If you are looking to have a good time, without the glam, The Wave Hotel is ideal. "
