" I loved how the hotel keeps the main doors to the hotel locked at al times unless you have your room key on you. Upon checking in, you must be buzzed in to enter the door. I was greeted with a friendly face and great personality. Check in process was fast and smooth. "This was a fine hotel and a good price, near the convention center where I had a conference, but also not so far to walk to Frenchman St and even Canal/Bourbon. Uber/Lyft drivers were a bit confused about the location, but it was otherwise very practical. There is a music club across the street that has the whole place pulsating a bit on party nights, but pop in some earplugs or headphones and you're fine. It was clean and it was safe, and that's good. "

"The Bienville House was the perfect place to stay in New Orleans. My mother suggested staying here because she also stayed at this exact location when she was a teenager. I highly enjoyed getting to bring my mother back to a place where she got to re-experience her childhood. The staff were amazing and made checking in/checking out easy. Parking was a breeze as well, the valet takes care of moving your car and helps you unpack your stuff. I will definitely be recommending the Bienville to my...
