"I stayed one night at the hotel in Padua, looking back, I think I should have booked two or three, so that I could get a better experience of the Veneto. Parts of the hotel seemed like an escape room, because my bedroom was located towards the rear. I was told that I had to take two elevators to get to my room, as it was in the back of the hotel. Part of it was under refurbishment, so I had to take one elevator up, and go to the other side of the hotel (4 minutes walk through two hallways)...

"Pros-Felt very safe on site, easy breakfast option In the buffet and they have a restaurant on site. Our chalet unit had a cute little kitchen so self catering was available but only utensils and Wasing facilities supplied. Very easy to book a shuttle to Venice island but it's only a 15min drive over if you've a car. Con-only if your a light sleeper the campsite is fairly close to a major highway roundabout so can be loud with traffic at night if your a light sleeper sensetive to noise ear...

"Hotel is slightly misleading, when you enter the lobby it seems to give that "expensive" feeling but entering the room it seems very opposite. We had found our door already openeded, there was an odd smell from the bathroom, our light had a humming noise after being turned on for five minutes or so, similar to being in a ER room and hearing equipment on. There was a hole in our room, looked like someone had yanked the phone socket off the wall. Price to room seemed okay though I wouldn't say...

"Friendly and helpful staff allowed us to check in early. Excellent location, very quiet and close to all amenities. The breakfast was ok and a bit lacking. The bread was not fresh and reheated from the day before, otherwise options were reasonable. There wasn't a kettle in the room but the staff were accommodating and loaned us one for our two night stay which was appreciated. Emails were replied replied, which sometimes doesnt happen in European hotels.We would stay here again."
