"Excellent apartment in the old part of Padova. Room was very clean, safe & modern, with the necessary amenities. Plenty of shopping & dining options nearby. Was about a 15 minute walk from the station. Would highly recommend anyone visiting Padua to stay."

"Good, if you know what to expect and don't mind that run down part of Padova. Convenient to trains and buses. Check-in process was confusing, it had changed since my last visit in 2024. Resolved quickly via phone call at check-in time, but previous emails asking for clarification went unanswered. "

"Reception doesn't work if you don't call before. I booked in the morning and arrive at 3:00 pm, but must wait for owner for 3 hours. The number od phone registered at hotels.com is from secretary inside the apartment and is not always available because there is not always anyone. At first day told me I booked with breakfast, last day told me it wasn't booked with breakfast and thats gift for us."

"Wonderful stay for celebrating New Year and visiting the area. Rooms were large and well appointed, bathrooms modern with all amenities, very clean. Breakfast included had a large variety of pastries, fruit, cheese, salami,milk, yogurt, juices and coffee. The manager was pleasant and very helpful, making coffee for everyone in the mornings. Will be back when in the area and recommend the place to friends-day trips to Verona, Vicenza, Padova, and last, but not least, amazing Venice. "
