I often stay at this Sheraton hotel. The location is great for me, next to highway, so can be noisey if you get a room facing the highway. The Hotel needs some updating but it is definitely a very good 4star hotel for Italian standards.

Decent hotel - needs a bit of TLC
The hotel is a bit tired but rooms well appointed and service good. Upgraded a family suite to joining rooms at extra cost - this gave us a lot of space.

Bad overall experience
The hotel needs renovation and serious work on climatisation. The temperature in the rooms was closer to a sauna than hotel rooms... The breakfast variety is poor and of bad quality. The scrambled eggs and boiled eggs were cold and smelling bad.... It is really overrated and overpriced and doesn't reflect 4 star chain hotel standards at all. The staff is helpful but couldn't solve the problems...

Cleaning staff did not clean room every day. Had to ask for toilet paper as they did not give any even though there wasn’t any in the bathroom. Also left room door open on one occasion after they did “clean” Previously stayed at Crowne Plaza in Padova but was full so booked this hotel. Now we understand why that was full as a much better staff over there.

The only way to get to the property is to get taxi, bed leg was broken, we were able to fix it but every time we wound go back to the room it was broken again. Half of the stuff was really nice and half had kinda attitude
