"Elegant and spacious suite that was warm and welcoming in damp and chilly January. The Palazzo is ideally situated for the museums, and for the centre of the city - everything is within walking distance. The staff were helpful with arrangements and it was easy to access the building out of hours. Giotto's frescoes are just next door, and there is a great selection of restaurants nearby. We particularly enjoyed UVA. The centre of Venice is only 30 mins away by train, so would be a great base for visiting. All in all, we had a great holiday in lovely surroundings!"

"Excellent 2 day stay, very close to the train station, although no restaurant there are plenty within easy walking distance. Walked for miles around the town and always felt safe. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. "

"Located under a minute from the tram stop, we were greeted with excellent service as soon as we walked in. Check in was smooth and was offered coffee, tea, and water. Then we were personally shown to our room. The clerk carried some of our luggage and brought our spa robes as well. The room is modern and spacious. A little weird with blue leds around the ceiling and a window into the shower but it’s all good. Bed and pillows are memory foam, everything in the fridge is yours (chips and drinks), but the windows are a little thin as you got a bit of road noise and voices during the night. The spa experience is completely unique. Feels weird to have that whole place to yourself but you quickly get used to it, going from shower to spa to sauna and back again. Breakfast buffet is basic but adequate. Attendants were there to make your drinks but everything else was self serve. Very happy we stayed here on our trip to Padua."

"Stayed 4 night for business during Jan 2025. This is a pretty unique hotel - it is situated in a very old building (renovated, of course) right at Piazza dei Signori, so location can't be better. We never met Paolo, out host. However, he has been super responsive and helpful over whatsapp. I had a room with a balcony over the Piazza, so great view. The room is of a good size in European standards, Cleanliness is perfect. The room has a large closet, so a lot of room for clothes. There is a desk if you want to open your laptop. Overall very convenient. Also, the bed is comfortable. The room is made up every day. There is a fridge where you'll find 2 bottles of water, 2 yogurts, 2 fruit juice bottles, 2 croissants, 2 muffins, some coffee capsules and a matching espresso machine. The drink and food items are replenished daily, and this is what the included breakfast consists of. If you don't like it, there are are dozens of coffee shops in the 1 minute walking distance range. As others have mentioned, there is a steep staircase going up to the rooms, so this place is not for elderly or disabled people, probably. Regarding what others have written about the noise - yeah, the Piazza gets very loud at night but if you shut down the blinds and close the windows, you can barely hear anything. I was there during January, so can't say anything about the A/C. Heating worked great. Overall, if I'll visit the area again, I'll try to book Diamantino as my first option."
