Seems like they have 2 receptionist for 4 hotels, moving from one place to another. 2. Kitchen & "Office for reception" is one and the same place. 3. Dirty, with layers of dust in some places. 4. "A beautiful place to stay. We loved the history of the tower and it looked magical lit up at night. Communication was great and staff were helpful. The bed was super comfy and the room was clean. We walked to the tower from Padova centre and also walked to our concert venue in the evening. We wished we could have stayed for longer. "

I booked this thinking that we would have the apartment to ourselves, but there were other guests there. It was very similar to a hostel, even though it was not listed as such. "Checking in for really hard. I was late for the check-in for which I was charged $20 in cash. There was no mention of anything like late fee of $20 in the booking. I didn’t had cash so I had to wait for a long time and walk around with person helping me check-in before I enter at the midnight. The neighborhood was really really loud throughout the night and also did not feel safe. There was no temperature control in the humidity of Venice which made it really difficult to sleep well. "A simple check in process. Excellent location within minutes of restaurants/bars and a quick walk to all the major sights. Property was very clean and the kitchen well-equipped. The only issue was the noisy entry system that sent video and audio into the room when other guests were trying to enter. It made for some interrupted sleep. Other guests were also frequently loud in entering the property. Shame as this spoiled the accommodation somewhat. "
