"The apartment is as you would expect for the price, plenty of space comfy sofas to relax, however lacks quality and comfort. Bed could do with being foam rather then spring. Easy checking in and out procedure, however could do with abit more of a homely touch felt too much like a HMO. If you face onto the back of the street there is a karaoke night which runs up to 1amishhh which is out of the owners control. "

"The whole building looks fantastic but the apartment I stay was poorly maintained. The painting isn't good enough, the bedding is very poor. Looking around the white bed spread there are some black spots dotted here and there. In the ensuit toilet and showers, there's no provision of toilets handwash, the kitchen available is terribly maintained. The available fridge is stinky and dirty with rotten tomatoes, onion and expired milks and all sorts smelly item. I can't even use the available...

"I’ve never stayed in a hotel before where are you didn’t get a key we got told we would get the key in a couple of hours and every time we went out we had to ask for the door to be open never would stay here again"

"No idea if this flat was nice or not as I couldn't gain access. The contact details supplied by Hotels.com were incorrect and I couldn't check in on arrival. Hotels.com refused to help me find a usable contact or alternative accommodation leaving me in Bradford with no where to stay after an appalling day stuck in traffic. I won't be using Hotels.com for anything ever again and would highly recommend anyone thinking of using their service going elsewhere!"
