"This is an exceptionally good hotel, all the usual facilties, good free wifi, comfortable bed, good shower, excellent dining room and breakfasts with good choice of breakfast. Good restaurant within the hotel with reasonably priced meals. Staff very helpfull. The only downside was no mirror in the bathroom so had to use own small mirror to shave by."

"This hotel was excellent. The staff were delightful, everyone very friendly and very helpful. The hotel had all of the amenities you would need bar a fridge in the room as other reviews have mentioned. This wasn’t an issue for us though, they give you milk in a thermos at the bar. The room itself did look a little tired in places but it’s a 3-star hotel so that was okay with us. That being said, it was very clean and comfortable which is what matters most. "Very nice one night stay. Hotel is nicely located opposite Deal beach. Lady at check in was friendly and helpful. Lovely room overlooking the beach and pier, good bathroom with a bath and rain shower. Hospitality tray with tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. Breakfast was good with drinks, cereals, fruit and yoghurt followed by choice of cooked food and toast. Staff were polite. "The location in terms of proximity to the centre of Canterbury was great and the street where the accommodation is located is really cool. The staff member on shift (Sanjeewa) was really nice and I couldn’t fault him. There was a lot of street noise outside throughout the night and this seemed to be work related, rather than members of the public. Whilst I can’t blame this on the hotel, the original window was broken and stuck in an open position and this probably didn’t help. The room was...
