"Very good place to stop on a budget. A couple of minor niggles with internet, signal was poor as basement room, and wired network cable/socket broken (as a network engineer I was able to rectify this myself) customer service desk answered quickly to queries that I had. Large room with a desk and full size bathtub which was a welcome luxury after a busy week. Great location at the top of Reigate Hill."

"Nice hotel with lovely walks around the grounds and beyond. We stayed in a standard room, the decor and furniture was a little tired but was clean. The swimming pool was also a little tired but we enjoyed ourselves. Overall it's a lovely hotel"

"We stayed in a standard double room. The bed was rather small and to near to the wall on one side. Also the lighting in the room was not very bright. Location was good, helpful friendly staff and breakfast was very nice."

"Such a beautiful property! Staff was so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was perfect (for a low cost) and the dinner was delicious, I got the Guinness pie. Rooms were a little small but just right for me and my daughter. We went in the winter time so we couldn’t enjoy the beautiful grounds. Highly recommend. "

"Our three night stay over the Christms period was more than adequate. A couple of points which would have made it as perfect as it could be and are: net curtains at front window as personally like to sleep with curtains open but being on ground floor at front of house and facing carpark, didn't feel comfortable on view to any passerby even though set back from road. And other thought, a morning check to fill up on teabags and milk and perhaps a packet or two of biscuits would have been nice...

"Terrific place to stay for Gatwick Airport convenience- especially when using The Purple Parking facility at Gatwick - only a 3 minute journey 😀😀. We ate in the onsite restaurant/takeaway which was really good (hamburger & fries ) delicious. "
