"We stayed at the Pool House only last week, and had a lovely time. There were 3 reasonably sized double bedrooms all with en-suite which was a real plus. The pool was large and well-used over the week! It felt like you were in the middle of nowhere, yet within a 200 yard walk, you were in the town of Petworth. "Property was not ready on arrival, bed not made, heating not turned on, no clean towels, bins not emptied, the electric gate entrance was hard to read in the dark as keypad was very worn, there's no lights at the entrance gates to help you see, the property is a little tired and in need of updating, the owners contact number is not correct so overall a disappointing stay, will we return for a third, no. Sorry Alison but we can't give you a good feedback. "

"Lovely large family property. We spent 2 nights here and could’ve stayed a week. Pool was a good temperature & larger than expected which was a bonus, surrounding area was clean. The hot tub was warm and very relaxing. Beautiful kitchen. Great coffee machine and plenty of utensils in the cupboards. Lots of light in the conservatory area and good space to sit outside.
