"Overall a good stay. Plenty of restaurants and train station within minutes walk from the hotel. Cleanliness however needs some improvement as there was mold spots in showers, dust build up on exhaust fans in showers, long hairs in my room when both myself and brother have very short hair. Other than that it was a great stay hence the 4 star."

Check in was smooth (we don’t speak Japanese so sometimes a worry!), the hotel is nearby public transport and convenient shopping, and all the amenities we required were readily available. Easy check-out and great staff. "

"I loved staying here and had a really good nights sleep. I didnt hear a sound from anyone else and the bed was really comfy and was about the size of a standard single bed.The onsen was brilliant. It was my first time sleeping in a pod and I would highly recommend it. "

"Just spent quick night sleep before taking a first bullet train next morning. Overall location and price were excellent. However, the locker was pretty small. I had normal size backpack it almost wont fit the locker. Carry on and checkin size suitcase were not fit and they had to place in front of the locker. FYI. Wish female also had a sauna! That's my wish :) "
