"It’s important to keep one’s expectations in check. Is this an immaculate luxury hotel? No, it’s dated and a little rough around the edges. But the bathroom, beds, and shared kitchen were clean. "As a family of four with 2 school aged kids we really enjoyed our stay. While a bit dated looking the warm pool and mineral baths were a wonderful way to start and end the day. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great for walking to the public central thermal pools and the lake not too far a walk away too. The beds were comfortable and the facilities in the apartment good. We would definitely stay again."

"Perfect location in the centre of town. We could walk to Eat Street and all the resturants within a few minutes. Beds were comfortable and staff very helpful. Keep in mind that there are no lifts, so if you end up on the top floors, you will be doing lots of stairs to get anywhere. Particularly annoying if you have large baggage or prams etc with you that you will need to carry up and down. We stayed on the first floor so it wasnt really an issue for us.
