The only problems we ran into was we thought we misplaced an email with check in information, so we reached out via message and there was an automated response that said they would get back to us within a few days. The architecture is beautiful and spacious and kept us comfortable and warm with a gas log fire heater. All amenities were high quality and available. The bedroom was large and offered bath robes which was appreciated. The location is on the opposite side of the lake in reference to te puia ect so very little smell on our stay.
