Worst part is i ordered a private room but had to go outside in the closed courtyard down the hall to rhe bsthroom in 40 degree weather at night. The other rooms are indoors.The hotel is in a central area of the best part of town Palermo Soho. "

Check in process is tedious Communication prior to arrival was non existent creating unnecessary anxiety. Beds are comfortable Shower pressure is good but the water leaks outside and gets the floor all wet. Only one bath towel per person. No hand towels provided. No hair conditioner. "
