"The hotel staff are wonderful, addressing questions and requests immediately and without hesitation. It’s a sophisticated small hotel, with large rooms, comfortable beds and nice furnishings. The location in Palermo Hollywood was perfect for me - 10-15 minutes from the bustle of Palermo SoHo but in a quieter area. Great suggestions provided for Buenos Aires’ many renowned heladerias (ice cream) and restaurants. Great breakfast with tons of choices - however know carbs for gluten free folks. Even instant oatmeal would have been nice to pair with all the fruit, cheeses, eggs, juices, coffee and tea. But I’d be back anytime I visit the City. Professional, classy, and well run."

"The highlight of my stay at this nice hotel was my interaction with the English speaking front desk staff. Specifically, Gabriel and Isis could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Volunteering helpful information knowing I was a tourist was very much appreciated. There was a third staffer that was just as helpful but unfortunately I cannot remember her name. This is located in more of a residential neighborhood/barrio although there are plenty of restaurants and stores to shop in for necessities, snacks and beverages. It’s walking distance to the horse race track and I enjoyed going and watching the ponies. There is a restaurant right next to the lobby that I don’t believe is affiliated with the actual hotel but they have their own entry exit door from the inside. It’s a modern decor restaurant that was super clean and very nice staff. The inside of my hotel room was nicely decorated and modern with a kitchen, including cooking pan and dishes and silverware for two. A decent medium-size refrigerator as well. The only two shortcomings I found were no paper towels in the kitchen and only toilet tissue in the bathroom, no hand tissues. There’s a nice but small rooftop terrace where the pool and hot tub are located and easy access from the 10th floor elevator stop. If I ever return to the Palermo neighborhood I will definitely stay here without even looking at other hotels. Also, the House Exchange Palermo two blocks away, gave current exchange rates for foreign currency."
