"This was our first visit to the Fierro Hotel but won't be our last. The hotel is located in the Palermo district of Buenos Aires which is known for its street art and restaurants. The Fierro Hotel is small but welcoming. Every morning it provides a free breakfast which is available until 3pm--great for arrivals from the US. We had the 8th floor suite which contained a separate terrace and hot tub. It was a beautiful room with a stunning view. The management of the hotel was outstanding. The front desk helped us with many inquiries and was always anxious to give us advice as to what to do and where to go. The manager was especially cordial and helpful. If you want to avoid the cookie cutter big hotels with minimal service, stay at the Fierro!"

"Lovely place to stay. I had a private room. Bathtub did not work I asked to change rooms and was told it would be the same. They have working showers but no working bathrooms. Cafe on site is great. Front desk staff are helpful. Location is perfect. Walking to many restaurants and cafes. "
