"Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. There is a spacious front desk area where we were able to hang out with our friends. I loved the location, close to the historic centre. The room was large and comfortable although the furniture is looking old, and there was no safe in our room."

"We stayed at this property for four nights. The front desk staff, Sasha, Diego, and another gentleman who have forgotten his name were really helpful and made this stay exceptional. Love the fact that the hop on and hop off bus had a stop across the street and we were able to go around town and visit a lot of places. Overall, a wonderful experience."

"The hotel is in a very good location. The room is in good condition and the bathroom is clean and new. The breakfast is great. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the issues at the check in. The process itself was smooth but my card key didn’t work. I went back to the front desk asking for a fix on the card key or the door lock. First a young guy, a bell boy, asked me to go back upstairs with him and he showed me how to use the card key as if I didn’t know how. Of course the card key still...

"Safe area ; clean ; bathroom and showers small and cramped but modern….rooms kind of dark …. Staff very friendly ; breakfast ok … if I stayed in BA again I would stay in Palermo , more to do for tourists. Tip: use über … way cheaper than taxis "
