We were able to walk to the subte, the nearby parks, and took longer walks to the Palermo Hollywood and SoHo neighborhoods. The front desk was very helpful and answered many questions for us. "Lovely place to stay. I had a private room. Bathtub did not work I asked to change rooms and was told it would be the same. They have working showers but no working bathrooms. Cafe on site is great. Front desk staff are helpful. Location is perfect. Walking to many restaurants and cafes. "

"Overall an outstanding hotel. The staff were courteous and extremely helpful. The courtyard garden was lovely, and breakfast buffet is full and fresh every morning. The neighborhood is unbelievable - I highly recommend taking one of the free bicycles out. The only minor down notes were that the room temperature control is minimal (it is an eco hotel after all), and the pool is more of a bathing pond. Again, neither was a very big issue, even though we were there in summer (mid December). Highly recommended."

"This is one of the nicest properties in the area. We are so glad we found this gem. Very close to parks and restaurants and a very safe neighborhood. Wonderful staff made the whole experience top notch. Oh, and the rooftop pool was absolutely amazing. Didn’t even know it was there until we arrived. What a treat!! Highly recommend Casa Joseph!"
