Unfortunately for me, the owner was at the theatre and so missed my phone calls to try and resolve the issue. I eventually got in to my room after about an hour. "A little tucked away - so be aware not to drive by it quickly on the A55. Staff were excellent and the Burger King next door was great - the food was yummy (better than other BK's I've been too). Ideal location for onward trips to North Wales"
