"Very good and especially for the price. Very comfy bed and pillows. Great shower. Wifi excellent and included in the price paid. Good facility as expected ie tea, coffee. Only thing to be mindful of for other guests would be to say the property doesnt make clear that they wont send you details of how to self check in until the actual day of your arrival, as you need a door pincode to access your room, and its very difficult to make contact with the property. "I arrived late and the host had taken steps to make sure that I wasn't locked out. The room I had was large and I could have had my own kitchen setup if I was staying longer. In the morning I was greated by friendly host and I was offered a free continental breakfast. "

"I was able to experience staying in a typical Victorian house. The owner made sure I had all I needed; he was prompt, cheerful, and polite. Groceries, fine dining, take-out, etc. are all nearby. I especially liked the charity shops where I was able to buy old books."

"A real hidden jem in a small village with lots of facilities. Opposite the Castle and duck pond. Not far to lots of tourist hotspots and when you get back plenty of free parking. Its an old building with creaking floorboards but that odds to the charm."
