"The gentleman at the front desk was super nice , friendly and just fun when we checked in , we had a quick overnight stay in town ! Pool was clean nice and warm , the next morning breakfast was nice clean and stocked and the young lady cleaning and keeping it full was very friendly also , plus we were able to have are Yorkie in room at a reasonable charge "

"Very nice, clean and updated. If I were to be picky the only issue was the coffee bar in the room trying to get the service personnel to leave more caffeinated coffee versus the decaffeinated, left notes with tips to no avail. Like I said kind of picky because everything else was very nice."

"I was flooded out of going home after vacation. I was able to stay at the HIE through Hotels.com. The staff had me ready to go when I got there. They have amazing electric blinds to block the sunlight...I work nights."
