"Loved this place! Was up the road, around the Dover area in Kent, desperately looking for a place to stay for night at a reasonable price & everything I could find was very expensive or selling out, then after hours of searching, this New Hotel came up on my Internet search! I drove to it immediately, wasn't many minutes drive, to check out if it was ok & couldn't believe my eyes! No car park, on a broad street beside row of shops & Police Station right opposite which feels safe & row of parking...

"The uninterrupted sea views are stunning. The continental breakfast at just £6 offers good filter coffee and a fine variety of cereals, pasteries, meats, cheeses, fruit and yoghurt. The staff are polite, attentive, and competent. For example, our room window mechanism failed, and a maintenance chap was in the room dealing with it within minutes.The rooms are clean, comfortable and large. "Excellent staff! Cheap you get what you pay for I wasn't expecting much for the price so was not supprised, rooms need a major facelift but can't fault for the price I paid lovely views of the coast!"

"Lovely stay, very convenient to the train station, cliffs walk and castle. Kitchen and laundry facilities available for use which was nice. Only downside was the sink in our room did not drain well so we didn’t really get to use it properly. "
