"So peaceful and quiet and everything has been so well thought out. The bed was so comfy, and the addition of the electric heater in the bathroom was perfect; it made the hop over the to the toilet in the middle of the night bearable. It’s open year round so we’ll definitely be back when it’s colder and we can have the fire going! Wendy was absolutely lovely when we arrived and our daughter made a new friend in her wonderful dog."

"Booked as a surprise for my partner. Arrived after dark which made it feel even more special as felt so secluded and added to the element of surprise. "The most idyllic cosy weekend retreat. We absolutely loved our stay fully immersed in nature with just the sound of birds, rain and the crackling fire in our cosy shepherd’s hut for the weekend. Breakfast in bed was perfect thanks to the supplies Becca kindly left for us. Watching the sunset and moon rise against a sky full of stars each night was also very special.
