"a great find! Despite the roadworks this hotel was quiet and very conveniently located for the new theatre. We even managed two different circular walks along the canals and rivers in different directions from the hotel. Parking was included as well as a great breakfast. would definately stay again!"

"Costa, the manager, was excellent. The hotel is very cozy. There is no elevator…so good health is required for 3rd floor rooms. Great location for the University. Reasonably walkable."
