"Had a lovely family time here with 11 of us and the house still felt so spacious! It is driving distance to lots of beautiful villages around the cotswolds. I would highly reccomend and stay again!"

"Our family had a wonderful time staying at this terraced house just off Botley RD. It was newly renovated. Beautiful furnishings, new carpets and flooring, a great bathroom, lovely new kitchen. The under the floor heating was excellent. The bedrooms upstairs were spacious and the beds were very comfortable.The accommodation has parking for your car. We then just walked into the city of Oxford.There is a playground close by and also several supermarkets which is handy.Wish we could have stayed...

"Checkin , parking and the apt were terrific - very large space. walkable to Jericho and central Oxford - or bike-able. Near the canal walk and close to Port Meadow. Possibly one of the better locations in Oxford. The apartment is modern and well equipped but there were just a few negative points more for the owners to repair. I don't normally post negatives but I think this flat/apt is def worth it with a few minor tweaks There were lights that didn't work in the bathrooms just needed...

"This property was perfect for our group of 3 families consisting of 6 adults and 4 children. The property was extremely well furnished, very comfortable and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, even to cook a complete Christmas dinner for us all with all the trimmings. "Perfectly clean and well-appointed home near the Oracle. Easy walking to all parts of Reading including the train station. The home is bright and extremely comfortable. Tessa and Charles are perfect hosts - very responsive and easy to communicate with. We will be back!"

"The loft was a delightful stay!! Tessa had gone the extra mile by providing a lovely welcome tray of tea, coffee, orange juice and breakfast items with a fruit bowl. The bed was amazing…. So comfortable, we will certainly miss it being back home! There was board games supplied and tele had Amazon, Netflix and Spotify for music. The convection microwave was simple to use and we cooked a couple of meals. We will certain use this quaint little loft again when in the area. 😀"

"The home was really comfortable and spacious. It had enough room for everyone and was as advertised. The heating was a bit problematic as it was extremely hot and difficult to turn down. "Headington was a revelation. Country lanes, nice houses, buses galore. The house is in an excellent location and there are good local pubs, shops and cafes."

"Great position in Newbury, very close to the main shopping street. Parking nearby was cheaper than onsite so we used that. Entry was easy with good instructions. It was very warm inside, we had to open the windows and turn off the heating. Nice and quiet in the building, we hardly saw or heard anyone else. Everything you needed for a short break was supplied. "
