"Room was clean , we loved that there was no carpet in room. Only complaint is that they never came to empty trash/make beds/switch towels. When we questioned the front desk we were first told that we must have had do not disturb sign on the door which we didn’t , the next day we questioned and were told they were sold out so they didn’t have time, the final day we asked and were told to bring towels to the front desk and they would exchange then also told we could use the broom they had anytime...
