"We loved the condo. Clean, comfortable and great view of the mountains from the balcony. The complex had a nice pool and hot tub, as well as a game room with ping pong, air hockey and foosball. My 6 year old enjoyed playing a little air hockey.It was a great location to easily access Pigeon Forge main strip, and then a short drive to Gatlinburg and the Smokies. "Large clean condo. Well stocked kitchen, good sized bedrooms, comfortable beds, clear instructions for adjusting heating. Would have helped to have some channel guidance for the TV- it was frustrating to just have to keep channel surfing. Spectrum doesn't offer much of a guide. This property is in the midst of everything accessible on the main drive in Pigeon Forge, but it's tough to get in and out of the road due to traffic. "

"Great location. Easy check in process. Elevator only went down once but maintaince fixed that fairly quickly. The bed in one of the rooms was extremely high and difficult to get into. Need to provide a set of steps. Also ceiling fan made horrible noise on low so unable to use it. "

"This was our second visit in this condo. Previously there were a few minor maintenance needs that were all dealt with on this trip. Furniture is all very comfortable, everything clean, and the location is perfect! Only thing I would do is add blackout curtains in bedrooms. We used a blanket in smaller bedroom, but didnt need it in the master. All in all, an excellent stay! "
