"We love Chicago, hotel overall was good, although we did not get roomed cleaned as they said at the front desk every other day, we were there three nights. Also coffee maker didn’t have the tray to put the coffee filter in, could not make coffe. Wait for elevators was a long time ( on 25th floor)"
