"We were welcomed upon arrival and Ellen was wonderful to deal with. She was friendly and helpful in getting settled into our stay. All of the staff was friendly. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We were upgraded to a suite as the room wasn’t ready which was great! "

"The hotel has just gone through a beautiful renovation. Our room was large! We were also quite close to the C Train to get downtown - because why would you drive if you can take a train?"

"I think the bed (box spring) in my room was broken as it was creaking and the bed was a little bowed. Didn’t have time to complain. Maybe they will read this or someone can make a complaint. "

"The property itself was really nice, the parking situation wasn’t the best, very limited parking in front which made it harder to actually get into the building to check in & it was a little confusing as the valet is on the first floor and you have to go up to the second floor to get to the front desk, the staff was very nice, other than that it was a great stay!
