"Unit was a good size. Had the basic necessities and coffee/tea. We had to go buy sugar late at night and there were some interesting characters outside at night which was not great but it is what it is. Downtown very quiet at night.Could have been cleaner. Towels and bedding did not seem freshly cleaned.TV had good channel selection. Check in process was smooth."

"The property and location were perfect for our stay in Calgary. The check-in and check-out process was not as accurate as described. Business may need to update their instructions. Picked up keys at convenience store, check out you had to get out of the parkade first and then go back up and leave keys.
