"Forced to provide ID for all my guests. This is not necessary and very unsafe to have to send in various ID via email. Property was aware that we were arriving late however did not make us aware that we would not be able to access lobby. Therefore locked out at 1130 pm upon arrival. "Stay would have been pretty good if I could sleep 😂. The bed in the property is about the firmness of a 3 week stale loaf of bread. I would recommend a foam topper in the closet as an option for guests to put on the bed. Outside of the bed the condo is not bad. New and very clean, it is on a bottom floor set up so there is a unit above but the noise was surprisingly not noticeable from the top units. It's also close to the YMCA, theatres lots of places to go eat and get coffee if needed. "

"Quick pick up from airport to hotel but limited once at hotel. Being winter and windy didn’t want to walk over five blocks for closest dining area really nothing around used an uber to go to Cross roads approx. 11km away "
