"The place was really perfect for my needs. Is a fully set up apartment and very clean. The one disappointing thing about it was I rented it for 3 weeks but was called back to work a week early so only needed it for 2 weeks. I asked for a credit for the week as I would be returning the following month. There was no negotiation and no refund or credit was given. I would have rented it consistently but due to this policy I won’t be returning. "

"Forced to provide ID for all my guests. This is not necessary and very unsafe to have to send in various ID via email. Property was aware that we were arriving late however did not make us aware that we would not be able to access lobby. Therefore locked out at 1130 pm upon arrival. Convenient, Clean and Accommodating

"We had significant delays leaving Calgary due to weather in Toronto. The folks at Acclaim were so understanding. We actually checked in 3 days in a row and the staff were compassionate, kind and accommodating. The airport shuttle drivers were prompt and helpful and the restaurant on site was a life saver. The beds and linens were super comfortable and exceptionally clean. This is the PERFECT place to stay if you are traveling via Calgary Airport!"
