"Staff was helpful and welcoming. Relatively clean facility. Capsule area was very quiet and clean, with pulldown screen for privacy. The pillow style (ideal for back sleeping) not so much for changing sleep positions in the night (not a deal breaker). Public facilities were also relatively clean and easy to use during stay.
