"I really enjoyed this hotel. Small and quiet. Close to yamanote line and Oedo line. Lots convenience stores and restaurants. I like the front desk area where I could just sit and have a coffee quietly. Rooms are not big and check in took a little bit but the Tokyo tower view from our room was cool. Also close to Teamlab borderless "

"The hotel is very well located, close to a metro station. It has everything you need, including an electric kettle, fridge, plates, and cutlery for having some fruit or tea in the evening. The sheets were changed every night. The hotel charged us in advance for the five nights we stayed. The area is very safe. The only downside was the internet, which kept cutting out at night. Additionally, the service staff didn’t offer any tours or directions to local attractions, so we had to figure that out...

"Got a huge shock upon checking in - halls and carpets on our floor and room looked like a war zone - shocking. No photos to show as we immediately requested a change of rooms. It turns out that they are renovating the two buildings in stages and we were able to be relocated to the renovated area, thanks to Suzuki at reception. It is a good location for Disney but beware - you would only want to stay in the renovated section. "
