"I am planning another trip to Haneda, The hotel is perfect for the short stay . Breakfast and dinner was very good.AND the best front desk Employees you would find is at Royal Park, I had the most amazing assistant with the wheelchair help and even checked me at the JAL counter by a Taiwanese staff I didn’t get her clear naivety She’s Superb!!! ❤️❤️🥰"

"All day place is very comfortable, clean, and has welcoming staff. The size of the room was great for a couple. Location is perfect for exploring Shibuya, with easy access to Shinjuku, and Harajuku. The food in the hotel is a little pricy for the quality, the vending machine was completely empty, and filtered water is only in one location without a vessel to bring it back to your room. Small inconveniences for an otherwise delightful stay. Would recommend. "

"We love this hotel. This is the second time we stayed. Everything was excellent. Our children love it the most. Connected to a mall with lots of restaurants, fun shops, arcade. Great spa and onsen, good buffet, free airport shuttle service, close to train station, and well-staffed. The only con was the type of room we want wasn't available (4 single bed). The alt room (2 single, 2 tatami mats) was cute but we are not used to sleeping on hard floor so it was very uncomfortable."

"The location within Haneda Terminal 3 gives easy access to transportation lines. The hotel was clean, and it was nice having separate spa facilities for hotel guests. My only complaint for my stay was my room location. It seemed to be the farthest possible room from the elevators, making every outing a long walk. As mentioned earlier about being located close to transportation access points, it is still a lot of walking to get to/from the hotel. If you are looking for a hotel close to the check-in gates, this is not the hotel. But if you are looking for helpful and friendly staff, clean facilities, and access to great food, then this is where you need to be."

"2nd time in this hotel. Location is very convenient and the train station is right outside the hotel and Ginza a just a short walk away. Airport limousine stops right at the driveway. Very quiet location but not much food outlets in the vicinity, unlike Shinjuku area. "

"Clean property. Friendly Staff. Couple minutes walk to the train station. Within 10mins by car to many shopping malls and destinations in the area (Diver City, Toyosu, Aeon Mall)."

"Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay Hotel is one of the best hotels we have stayed so far. The service and staff were amazing (all of them) but I would like to mention Kuradu and Yodashi for being helpful and friendly. I would also like to thank Onami who was so considerate and patient with us during our check out since we haven't received the Airporter reference number yet, she gladly kept our luggage and advised us to just give it to her any or any of the staff when we recieve it or call them for the number if we have already reached our next hotel for our luggage transfer. Good thing we got it 2 hours later, while we were eating after checkout. It was an amazing experience for us in this hotel, they provide free unlimited welcome drinks and nibbles (mostly sweets) daily, would be nice if they replenish them especially at night when all the crowds are back from sightseeing. You can also get toiletries if you need them from the lobby. The free shuttle to and from Disneyland was also a great service as you don't have to worry about going by train early in the morning and late at night. We will stay in this hotel again if we come back to Tokyo Bay. Note: Washing machine is in the lobby, make sure you do your washing very early in the morning when there is less people or while they are sight seeing otherwise, you will have to compete with everyone that stays in that hotel as they only have 6 washers and 6 dryers.
