"We stayed for 3 nights in the Japanese Junior Suite and it was a great size for 2 people. The room had everything we needed and was very comfortable with a stunning view of the tower. The only thing I would say is the bed was very low and firm but maybe it was because we were in the Japanese style suite. My friend stayed in a regular room and her bed was very comfortable. Idky because it was cold i had to continuously call down to the front to get my hear turned back on. Lastly this hotel is huge. Yet on check in no rooms were available untill 3 so i had to sit in the lobby exhausted and get lagged from 6am to 3p bc they have no where for you to rest/lounge while you wait for your room"

"Its right at Shinjuku JR station. Just exit from the South Gate and walk down the large pavement from eggslut to starbucks and shake shack. The hotel provides trolleys for our luggages. There is no bottled water, but you can have a free flow from the water dispenser at every level near the elevator. There is also an ice dispenser. The airport limousine bus comes directly to the hotel. Its so convenient. There is Takashimaya and Tokyu Hands just opposite the hotel, no need to cross any road..just...
