"Beautiful hotels and exceptional rooms. Main concern is the helpfulness of the concierge. The lady didn’t offer information and simply gave me the booklet. I judge the hotel by how thoughtful and helpful the concierge is, and here, they could use some training. The food in the lobby restaurant was also 7/10. "

"Shangri-La Tokyo is conveniently located next to Tokyo Station and was a great place to begin and end our trip to Japan. The views from the rooms were spectacular especially at night. The staff was wonderful and they made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. And the breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious especially the strawberry waffles and ricotta pancakes. "We loved Hotel Villa Fontaine. Probably the only negative comment is that a glass of wine is between AUD $25 and $35. The Throne Bar and Lounge is too expensive to enjoy the wonderful river front location. Otherwise, this is an excellent choice for a Tokyo (Haneda) hotel."
