"The location was great. Walking distance to harbor and many morning walks. There was a shopping center nearby so that was convenient. The Sunset Kai lanai was close by and a great place to have happy hour or dinner. The unit was clean and had towels umbrellas and chairs for the beach. The view from the lanai was amazing. It was a great vacation "

"A beautiful setting and great view of the ocean. We appreciated the covered lanai to eat during a rain storm. The problems are with the neglected unit. the door is warped and the lower door jam is coming out so easy to trip. The owner failed to pay the electric bill and we were without power for most of a day. There are ripped screens, screen doors that don't lock or can't get open, a cupboard door coming off it's hinges, broken floor fan. The instructions for working the door lock were...
