"Property itself was very nice but the unit was older and was in need of some updates and repairs; cupboard doors did not close properly, stains and tears on sectional, ice maker broken on fridge etc… Also found nail clippings on the bathroom floor. Minor things, the pools and grounds were very nice though and we spent more time outside anyways."

"1. The location is literally on the shoreline with continuous surf and great sunsets. No road/car noise with golf fairway on 1 side and the shoreline on the other side of building. 2. Very tastefully remodeled and furnished. Great beds. 3. On-shore breeze and multiple ceiling fans kept the apartment comfortable. 4. Well equipped with dishes, pans and small appliances. 5. The only deficiency was the lanai ceiling fan did not work. Knutson said they would address after our departure. "

"This properly suited our family very well. We stayed with 5 adults and were very comfortable… everyone had their own space.The unit was incredibly clean which is very important to me. Communication with the host was quick. We enjoyed coffee & meals on the lanai every day. The pool area & grounds were clean and well kept. "Our Keauhou Bay Christmas vacation was awesome.The property is beautiful, with stunning views of the bay.We watched surfers and boogie boarders from the living room window and back deck. We even saw some whales!Thank you for sharing your island paradise with our family."

"We felt SO at home in this beautiful, clean, well stocked & comfortable home. I own a cleaning company so it’s hard to impress me normally. We were all impressed and felt this home lacked nothing. We all wished we had chosen this home for our entire stay instead of starting at a different location. We felt like we were staying with family. There were so many beach toys that were a great asset including beach chairs!We definitely hope to come again. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s about 15 minutes south of Kona proper. There is a grocery store right around the corner, which was super convenient. The condo is stocked with all kinds of cookware, Tupperware, and cooking appliances. We made many of our meals and had everything we needed. The balcony is a beautiful spot to have coffee and enjoy the sounds of the birds. The kids really enjoyed the grass area where they could run around and also loved the pools. Great spot and highly...
