"After reading many reviews I was slightly nervous about what we would get. We had a wonderful experience!! The unit we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. What I liked most was that the facility was quiet. Everyone there was respectful, even in the pool where you would expect chaos. There is a market just up the street with everything you would need if you decided to cook in your unit. The BBQ's that were on site were great! I would definitely stay here again! It's just far enough from the main part of town but also close enough."

"The location was great, the unit is great size and accommodated our family of 6 nicely. The view straight off the lanai is great and saw beautiful sunsets every night. Honestly, never even turned on the tv once. The kitchen was supplied well enough and the grilling area was always with friendly travellers. Great stay and will consider again if going back to Kona. "

"The stay was outstanding, the first morning we were treated by spinner dolphins cavorting while we watched from the lanai. We were able to catch all but one sunset from the comfortable lanai. It’s funny, but we started arranging our excursions and dinners to make sure that we could have an adult beverage and watch the sunset. There are beach chairs and umbrellas to use. The condo had everything we needed and/or wanted. The condo was very clean. The hosts were responsive and friendly and had good recommendations. We were a little melancholy the last morning and sitting on the lanai when our friends the spinner dolphins came by and put on an acrobatic show. "
