"Amazing location, absolutely perfect..! Too bad it's let down by the condition of this property, this place is tired and needs to be refreshed. I understand that the vibe is intentionally "island casual" in keeping with the surrounding Kapa'a area, but there's relaxed and then there's old and worn out..."

"We had a great stay - everything is as described. The room was clean and beds were comfy. The room is small but we didn't need anything but a place to sleep - it was perfect."

"Enjoyed the home like comfort of the suite. Walking to the beach was easy. Nice setting for the grouping of accommodations. The suite got a bit warm in the afternoon but we were usually out by then. Cooled down nicely in the evening though with all the air moving through the unit. The beach chairs and beach umbrella, although missing a spoke, was very nice for the beach. There was some traffic noise in the bedroom so had to keep the jalousie windows closed. It did die down early in the evening...

"Employees was really friendly and the concierge to we only booked for 2 nights but ended up staying a whole week they accommodated me and my family the room was really clean and up to par we had washer dryer so we didn’t need any housekeeping services "

"This was our fist visit to Kauai and the location of this house was terrific on private beach with Kilauea and Hanalei nearby. The king bed was comfortable and we appreciated the full size fridge, the ample towels, washer and dryer, beach chairs, umbrella and bogie boards. The kitchen was well stocked and the high quality blender made making pina coladas a delight. Very cute and would highly recommend."
