The property is quiet and the walks out to the “cliffs” overlooking the ocean were lovely. The unit has lots of beach items that were so nice to enjoy. We love the North end of the Island so the location was perfect! No A/C was the ONLY reason we may choose not to return… everything else was just what we wanted! Unfortunately, when we got there, they were working on the water so we had no water for over 5 hours. If we would have known, we would have moved things around. "Nice condo with everything you need. We stayed for three nights after extending our stay on Kauai. The views of the ocean are spectacular. There is the highway very close to this condo but the noise is minimal.The bed was very comfortable and opening the balcony door allows for a nice breeze through the condo.Walkable to the town of Kaapa and the Coconut Grove shopping center. The airport is a short drive also."

"My family loved this condo. It had everything we needed to go to the beach (towels, beach chairs, even reef-safe sunblock). We did not use the pool but it looked nice.Loved that it was a short walk to a small mall that had nice restaurants and coffee.Absolutely love the surfboard mosaics.
