"Had a great stay at Janet's apartment in Princeville. The unit is larger than it appears in the pictures. Lots of friendly neighborhood cats came to say hello on the lanai! There were a lot of families in the community and noisy chickens, but not so much noise that it detracted from our stay. Very convenient for hiking Napali coast!"

"The North Side is lovely. We chose the location for proximity to the Danali Coast/hiking which was amazing! We had expected/hoped the beach access to be better/easier but we did find our way to Sea Lodge Beach (thorough private property!) and Hideaways. Both are very steep climbs down/up and not for the faint-hearted. The studio was very clean and it was nice to have poles, chairs etc available. In terms of food, plan to have breakfast or light lunch as it is a little challenging to make dinner...

"This place was clean and comfortable. The only issue was the traffic noise since it's close to the parking lot and a semi-busy road. However, the noise dies down by 9pm. It's across from a golf course with a great walking path. And there's a water filter pitcher in the fridge which was so nice to have! We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again! "

Many excursions such as luau, tubing adventure, helicopter tour within a 30 minute travel time. Definitely a place we would love to return to. Owners are very responsive to questions and needs. "The location was fantastic, close to many shops/restaurants/downtown Kapa’a. Donna was able to accommodate our changed arrival time and communication went smoothly. My only critique was that the arctic cooling unit in our room was broken so the nights were very warm but there were plenty of fans otherwise. Overall, for the price I would say this stay was well worth it! "

"Upon arrival I was a bit confused by the Outrigger and Kauai Villas as they sit side by side. Counter staff was friendly and welcoming. Good to see that we could use the Outrigger's three pools and restaurant but unknown why we couldn't use their gym. Arriving to the room, the view out the sliding window was breathtaking; direct view of ocean waves crashing; it was phenomenal. The room itself looked to be a timeshare that was converted into a vacation villa. Furniture was a bit outdated...
